Adventure Layer Testnet Faucet FAQ

Select Adventure Layer and the Testnet network on this page, enter your wallet address or connect a wallet, then complete the verification to receive AGLD on Adventure Layer Testnet. The base drip is free and requires no Quicknode account, no post on X and no minimum mainnet balance, so a brand new wallet can claim. Optional bonuses increase the amount but are never required.

You can claim AGLD once every 12 hours per network, and the exact base amount for Adventure Layer Testnet is shown on the next step, once you have entered a wallet address. Sharing a post on X that contains your wallet address and this faucet URL doubles the drip, and Quicknode customers on a paid plan double it again, up to four times the base amount plus priority in the queue for faster delivery. The 12 hour cooldown is per wallet address per network, so you can still claim on a different network in the meantime.

Adventure Layer is a gaming-focused chain in the Adventure Gold and Loot ecosystem, and AGLD is its gas token. Its test network is called Devnet in the project documentation, and it is designed around game state and high-frequency in-game transactions. Adventure Layer mainnet is live and is the environment most current tooling points at.

To add the network to MetaMask or another wallet, connect your wallet on this page and approve the network switch when prompted. For a dedicated endpoint without shared rate limits, create a free Adventure Layer RPC endpoint on Quicknode.

The most common cause is the 12 hour cooldown, which applies per wallet address per network, so a repeat request inside that window is rejected. Other frequent causes are a failed bot check, an address that is not a valid Adventure Layer address, having the wrong network selected, or the Adventure Layer Testnet faucet wallet running low on funds. Smart contract wallets and multisig addresses can also fail where a standard address succeeds. The Adventure Layer test network endpoints published in its documentation do not currently resolve, so confirm the active RPC and explorer against Adventure Layer documentation before configuring a wallet. If it keeps failing, reach out on X or Discord.

Adventure Layer suits onchain game logic, item and inventory systems, and any loop that needs many cheap transactions per player. It is the network to use when testing against Adventure Gold ecosystem contracts.
